Seci dischraged from hospital

Vodafone Fiji Bati backline player Pio Seci, was taken to hospital in Australia yesterday.

Fiji National Rugby League Chief Executive, Timoci Naleba has confirmed that Seci has been discharged and it was due to the commitment he has shown in training and that saw him end up in hospital.

Seci plays for the Nabua Broncos locally and is likely to be cleared for the game against Wales this week.

Meanwhile, the team went through two training sessions yesterday and backline utility, Marcelo Montoya says, the sessions went well.

“We still now we have a job to do on Sunday. We haven’t slowed down at training at all. We are still training hard. We want to go out there and put our best foot forward.”

The Fiji Bati plays Wales at 9.30pm on Sunday.

In other matches this week, Australia plays France at 9.05 tonight.

Tomorrow, New Zealand plays Scotland at 4.05pm, Samoa battles Tonga at 6.35pm while England takes on Lebanon at 9.05pm.

Papua New Guinea hosts Ireland at 7.05pm on Sunday while at the same time, Italy plays USA.
