Fiji’s top amateur boxer Winston Hill will be fighting against top eight boxers from the Oceania including Australia and New Zealand in the Elite Boxing Championship next month.

Coach Napoleon Taumoepeau says this is not new to Hill as he has been to international fights before.

“There are also former Olympians as well, in our previous competitions we have face Commonwealth athletes, we’ve faced Olympians so this something that has become more normal to us and we have to get used to the top level elite performances.”

The competition will be aired on ESPN network over a span of 10 episodes.
The first episode of the championship is expected to be aired on September 12
