A 22-year-old unemployed man of Lautoka who is charged with the murder of a 27- year-old man three years ago, has been found guilty by the three assessors in the Suva High Court today.

Livai Ratabua in January 2013 was drinking with the deceased Maciu Bakani when he repeatedly stomped and kicked him, after an argument.

Suva High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo concurred with the three assessors verdict and convicted the accused accordingly.

He will sentenced Ratabua at 11.30am today.
