The current executive members of the Jacks of Fiji-Nadi Rugby Union have set a target to bring a whole new change to its strategic plans.

Chairman, Sekove Tuilakeba says they have been running the organisation for more than a decade and it’s now time to bring in changes.

“We have been grasping from everywhere but we have now learnt that all administrators should know they are to do from strategic planning.”

Tuilakeba adds they have already started preparing the sporting kits for the players that are to join the squad for the rugby season next year.

Meanwhile, the executive members met up for a Management in Sporting Organization (MISO) training in the Yasawa’s last week.
