Nadroga Rugby Union President, Tiko Matawalu has commended the Fiji Rugby Union for resolving financial issue with Nadroga this year.
The Stallions raised their grievances on FRU’s pending payments from the Skipper Cup competition as well as the venue and logistics for the first HFC Bank Farebrother Trophy challenge last week.
“They were able to attend to our request this year and they did that within a week and we were really happy with that. Going to this HFC Farebrother, we thought it was a good start for us knowing that all pending issues with Skipper have been settled by FRU.”
Meanwhile the second Farebrother Trophy challenge this year between Nadroga and Vatukoula will kick off at 3:30pm at Prince Charles Park in Nadi and a live commentary will air on Bula FM.
