A 23-year-old Nabua man who kicked the back door of a taxi has been bound over for $200.
The court heard that Nemani Tadumaiserene hired the taxi driven by a 56-year-old Frank Lanyon in April.
During the ride, the accused – who was drunk – started verbally abusing the driver and when he reached his destination kicked and damaged the taxi’s door.

Tadumaiserene was warned not to re-offend or he will have to pay the $200 fine immediately.
