The Challenge Plaza located in Votualevu Nadi has been completed says property manager Anit Gounder.

Gounder says they spent around $5m investment with works starting in January last year.

He says they have 24 spaces for businesses that have all been taken up.

Gounder says their biggest tenants are the Fiji Revenue Customs Service.

He adds they are now just finalizing a few things at the Plaza before doing an official opening.
