The Vodafone Cup Top 8 victory for the KBL Saru Dragons was a momentous occasion.

This was after they defeated Fair Trade Makoi Bulldogs 20-18 in the final at Churchill Park in Lautoka, yesterday.

Captain Ilaitia Rogorogo says he was very impressed at how the boys handled the game.

The team from Lautoka won $2500 prize money, while the Bulldogs returned to Nasinu with $1250.
