Labasa wants revenge against Rewa

The Labasa Football side is looking forward to taking revenge against Rewa in the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants semi-final on Friday.

Rewa beat Labasa in the Fiji FACT but played to a draw in the recent Vodafone Premier League match a fortnight ago.

The Babasiga Lions coach Gurjit Singh says Rewa will be a tough opponent to beat specially in a semi-final of any tournament.

“We can’t say much when it comes to semi-final we can’t take any teams lightly and Rewa is a good team looking at the way they play."

Labasa plays Rewa at 7.30pm on Friday at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park.

In the second semi-final at 3pm on Saturday Lautoka plays Nadi at Churchill Park.

The final is scheduled for 2.30pm on Sunday.
