The Marist Volleyball side took out the Digicel Suva Volleyball Association knockout tournament yesterday in Suva yesterday.

Marist beat Rebels 2-0 in the men’s final.

Captain Temi Pale’s men were focused on the task and won the first set 25-19. The score in the second set was 25-21.

In the semi-finals, Marist beat Cakau 2-0 and Rebels edged Lions 2-0.

In the quarter-finals, Marist beat Northern Stars 2-0, Cakau beat Scorpio 2-0, Rebels edged Highway 2-1 and Lions edged Knights 2-1.

Meanwhile, the Suva Volleyball Association held its annual awards night yesterday.
