Former Fiji National Provident Fund Chief Executive Aisake Taito appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this morning charged with dangerous driving.

It is alleged that Taito was driving along Lami on the 20th of April, 2013 when his vehicle allegedly hit one Abdul Hakeem – a pedestrian.

It is also alleged that Hakeem suffered injuries and was admitted in CWM hospital.

Taito’s case will be called again on February 26th.
