Returning seasonal workers under the New Zealand Recognized Seasonal Employer and Australia Seasonal Worker Programme recently went through an informative two day workshop in Nadi.

The workshop was aimed at connecting returning seasonal workers to local organisations and government agencies to understand the scheme and grants available.

Returning seasonal worker, Mohammed Sahid Ali from Ba says he was able to take back with him valuable lessons regarding farming techniques.

Another worker, Mosese Vitinawaqavonovono says he was able to get ideas and assistance on how to start his own business.

The reintegration pilot workshop was funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
