Nawaikula supports Rabuka’s leadership for another election

SODELPA and Opposition MP, Niko Nawaikula has rallied his support for current party leader Sitiveni Rabuka.

Speaking to FBC News Nawaikulato says Rabuka has what it takes to lead the party for the next General Election.

He says Rabuka has the experience and the capabilities to be a big draw card as to how he can deliver for the country.

Despite demanding his party leader to make a nationwide apology in parliament last year about the events of 1987, Nawaikula is adamant that Rabuka will do a great job if he is to lead the party again.

“Yes absolutely, I think as a politician Rabuka has matured and his outlook is very inclusive and he is even disappointed that we don’t have enough Indo Fijians and other races and those are the things will work very hard on.”

Nawaikula says they are continuously having caucus meeting to find ways in which they can move forward as party.
