Bombardier plans 600 new jobs as Canada lifts luxury tax

Business jet maker Bombardier, opens new tab said on Tuesday it estimates creating around 600 jobs in the coming years in Canada, after the country announced it would immediately remove a luxury tax on the sale of private planes and vessels.

The decision to immediately remove Canada’s luxury tax was made on Tuesday in Prime Minister Mark Carney’s budget proposal.
