Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz equalised with a last-gasp bicycle kick to complete their comeback from two goals down and secure a thrilling 3-3 draw at bottom side Sheffield United in the Premier League.

The Brazilian striker scored from Adama Traore’s floating cross three minutes into added time, salvaging a point for the visitors.

United, who earned their first home point since January after the second-half goal fest, remain seven points from the safety zone with 15 from 29 matches. Fulham are in 12th place with 39 points from 30 games.

United broke the deadlock when Oli McBurnie’s cross from the left found Ben Brereton Diaz in the box for a tap-in after 58 minutes.

But Fulham equalised four minutes later through Joao Palhinha’s header off Andreas Pereira’s corner.

McBurnie restored United’s lead in the 68th, with Brereton Diaz returning the favour with an assist two minutes before he got his second goal off Gustavo Hamer’s cross from the left.

Celebrations had already begun in the stands at Bramall Lane but substitute Bobby Decordova-Reid, who replaced Pereira a minute earlier, scored from outside the box in the 86th minute, bringing Fulham back into the game before Muniz’s equaliser.

United next visit Liverpool on Thursday, while Fulham visit Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.
