Police say forensic testing of the remaining drug exhibits linked to an ongoing investigation has returned negative results.
The exhibits were allegedly tampered with while under the management of the High Court Registry.
Police say the investigation is now focused on the people directly charged with managing the exhibits.
A person of interest allegedly linked to the incident is currently overseas and is expected to be questioned.
