Fijiana 15s coach Ro Alivereti Doviverata has made a few changes to his starting side for their crucial clash against Samoa today.

Former national Basketball rep Ada Dansey will start at hooker while former Fijiana 7s rep Pricisilla Siata has been named on the wing as two of notable changes.

Fijiana 7s captain Rusila Nagasau is at inside center.

A win today for the Fijiana will earn them automatic qualification to the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

Fiji has never played at a World Cup after failing to qualify.

But now the chance to turn a new page in Fiji women’s rugby history is right at our doorstep and the Alifiereti Doviverata coached side is just a step away from booking a ticket to the next World Cup.

The Fijiana defeated Samoa 27 – 7 in their clash last week but today will be a different ball game altogether.

Coach Doviverata says they know Samoa will come back firing as they would also like to qualify for the World Cup.

Doviverata adds the team knows the big task at hand and their goal is to come up with a win today.

The Rugby World Cup 2021 Qualification match between Fijiana 15s and Manusina will be held at 4pm today at Churchill park in Lautoka.
