The Suva High Court is yet to receive a psychiatric evaluation report for a man who allegedly caused the death of his 86-year-old grandfather.
It is alleged that Charles Laxton Sundar attacked his grandfather with a cane knife, causing serious injuries that resulted in his death in Navokadamu Settlement, Lutu, Wainibuka.
Sundar is facing a count of murder allegedly committed on July 12 this year.

The state requested that he be evaluated to determine whether he is psychologically fit to enter a plea.
The matter will be called on next week, Thursday, before Justice Usaia Ratuvuli.
