The Ba Football Association will soon begin searching for a new coach after terminating the contract of head coach Ravinesh Kumar.
According to Ba FA, the decision was made in relation to disciplinary and conduct matters and the standards expected of those representing its association.
In a statement on its Facebook page, Ba FA says it is committed to responsible leadership, accountability, and protecting the integrity of Ba football.
However, they must also respect contractual obligations, confidentiality and the rights of everyone involved. For this reason, they will not be discussing individual allegations or confidential employment matters on social media.
Ba is asking its supporters, players, officials and the wider football community to respect the appropriate processes and refrain from speculation or personal attacks.
Ravinesh Kumar delivered four titles for the Men in Black this season, including the League, Fiji FACT, BOG and IDC.
The Ba Football Association thanked Kumar for his commitment, hard work, and contribution during his time with the club.
Ba FA says the appointment of a new head coach will be communicated in due course.
