Fiji Bati forward Viliame Kikau believes a forced week on the sidelines came at the right time as the Penrith Panthers prepare to face Brisbane Broncos tomorrow.

The Panthers guaranteed themselves a top-four spot in Kikau’s absence following their 30-6 win over the Wests Tigers last weekend.

According to the NRL.com, Kikau’s return from a one-week suspension for a dangerous contact charge in round 15 coincides with Kurt Capewell’s comeback from a knee injury.

The Eels will take on the Warriors on Sunday at 6.05pm and the match will be shown live on FBC Sports.
