New Zealander Darryl Tombleson is launching his company in Fiji next month with the hope of further elevating Fiji’s recognition on the international stage.
Tombleson says the business will host international concerts, sporting events, and celebrity film premieres.
With experience, he says he is putting together a team for training that mostly includes locals to build the business.
There are a lot of incredible minds out there who don’t get the opportunity to do what they really want to do; statistically, probably 9/10 aren’t happy with what they do, so if you can create an environment where people love coming to work and get the opportunity to express their talent, that’s what I want to be part of.
Tombleson says he has worked for various event companies globally, including on the set of Housewives of Beverly Hills, and he sees Fiji as a great opportunity for movie productions.
He hopes to employ over 100 people immediately following the setup.
Tombleson will launch his Darryl Tombleson International Production in Pacific Harbour next month.
