October 29, 2015 12:47 am

Despite being in the minority, the Opposition Group will still move the motion of no confidence against Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare Friday.

Leader of Opposition Jeremiah Manele confirmed this to the Solomon Star.

He says his group sees moving the motion not only as a way to remove the Prime Minister but an opportunity to ask the government on the many pending controversial issues.

Manele says the government must respond and clarify issues and allegations labeled against them.

He stressed the importance of moving the motion as equally important for the government to clarify issues to the people.
