Young aspiring rugby players will now have the chance to prove themselves into making the cut for the National 15’s side.

Vodafone Flying Fijians Coach, John Mckee says they are targeting the young players who can bring fortitude, charisma and the Fijian flair.

“We want to select the best players here on the Island but also with the view to the future. So I will be picking some younger players in the squad as well. And we really think that in the next couple of years they can be Flying Fijians.”

McKee adds this will help develop the side for the tough competitions in years to come.

Meanwhile, the Telecom Fiji Warriors extended squad begins camp soon, in preparation for the Pacific Rugby Challenge in Suva from the 8th to the 21st of March.
