Women's champion bundled out

Defending women’s champion Flames were bundled out of the 8th Bula FM Marist Volleyball competition after losing to Marist Saints 2-0 in the quarter finals last night.

Marist Saints was led by national rep, Ana Seniloli.

Marist Saints will face last year’s runners-up Unix in their next match tomorrow.

In the men’s category, Senibua Knights managed to scrape through against Army, winning 2-1.

Defending champions Marist cruised through all their matches yesterday and will face the Challengers this morning.

Rebels also had a good day winning all matches uncontested.

The quarter-finals begin in the next hour with the women’s semi-finals scheduled for 11am.
