The Nasinu football side defeated Northland Tailevu 3-1 in the southern zone Vodafone Senior league today.
The win keeps the pressure on leaders Lami that has 12 points after six matches while Nasinu and Navua have 11 points each.
Nasinu are yet to play Lami and Navua.

In the Western Zone, Rakiraki edged Vatukoula 2-1.
The Senior League continues next weekend.
Meanwhile, in the Under 17 Southern Zone League, Rewa and Nasinu played to a 1-all draw while Tailevu Naitasiri beat Navua 3-nil.
In the Western Zone, Ba beat Lautoka 3-nil.
