Weightlifting Fiji official Della Shaw-Elder

Weightlifting Fiji official Della Shaw-Elder is in Pattaya, Thailand to officiate at the 2019 IWF Senior World Championships which starts tomorrow.

Della Shaw is also representing Fiji at the IWF Congress today, where the successful hosting of the 2019 IWF Junior World Championships in Fiji will be reported on.

The former national weightlifter has established her credibility, as a referee at the World level, having now officiated at both Junior and Senior World Championships.

She is also the only female IWF Category One Referee in the Pacific a status she achieved in 2014.

Della Shaw is grateful to IWF for giving her the opportunity and also to Weightlifting Fiji for nominating her.
