We have improved: Raidre

The National Rugby Championship has been an instrumental factor that develops local players to a better standard and a better team.

Despite being chosen from different provincial teams, the Fiji Airways Drua forward Peni Raidre says, they have improved to another standard of rugby compared to local competitions.

“We’ll we all started from different provincials and we have different styles of play but coming to this competition it was a great learning opportunity for us local players.”

Meanwhile, the Drua team will take on second place Queensland Country this Saturday, at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
