Liga Gukisuva

The Fiji Volleyball Federation is set to turn a new chapter for their organization as a new board has been appointed for the organization.

Liga Gukisuva has been appointed as the President of the organization.

Gukisuva says it’s an exciting journey for him adding that there is quite a lot of things left to be done with the organization.

“One thing that I would like to assure those who support the sports and those who are keen followers of volleyball, It’s going to be a collaborative approach. Us, the new board, the new management, together with the association and those that play the sport. It’s not going to be just us formulating the strategies, and we implement, the path forward will be a collaborative approach.”

Meanwhile, Alipate Tuicolo has been appointed as the Vice President.

The appointment was made during the Federation’s Special General Meeting held earlier this week.
