The Fiji Volleyball Federation has made a positive impact to youths who are art of the local competitions organized by committees.

National Volleyball rep Jiuta Vateitei says volleyball has been a contributing factor in helping teenagers keep away from crime.

“We thank volley Fiji for organising these tournaments which enables us to stay away from our wrong doings and we hope to perform better and get a win in this competition.”

The first ever inter-club competition, attracted 24 men’s team and 10 women’s to compete in a two category tournament whereby the women’s open and the men divisions divided into three categories.

The two days event, finishes today at the Netball Centre in Suva.
