The Fiji Volleyball Federation through the Pacific Volleyball Partnership is conducting a Sports First Aid Program.
This is the first time for such clinic to be held in Fiji.
Fiji Volleyball Federation Development Officer, Kenny Lidise, says the aim of the course is to up- skill the administrators with the knowledge to be able to respond to an emergency situation.
_"Training our officials, when I say officials this includes coaches, referees at all levels and Fiji Volleyball feels that this is very important especially that we are doing development in the community and especially in the school." _
Facilitated by Red Cross, the participants will go through training on treating minor and serious injuries on sports field.
The three-day training continues at the FASANOC Boardroom tomorrow.
