Veredamu makes into the France 7s side

Fiji born, Tavite Veredamu has made the cut into the France 7s side for the Sydney and Hamilton tournaments.

Veredamu made his debut for the French side in the first leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series in Dubai and Cape Town.

The lanky forward is the second Fijian to be part of the France 7s side after Virimi Vakatawa.

France is grouped with Argentina, Wales and Kenya.

Meanwhile, Fiji Airways mens 7s side is pooled with New Zealand, Samoa and Russia.

The tournament kicks off next week and you can watch it live on FBC TV plus catch the commentaries of Fiji’s game only on Radio Fiji One.
