Weightlifting Fiji’s Apolonia Vaivai is looking forward to her first Olympic Games in Brazil next month.

The 75 kilogram weightlifter says she has trained well and is hoping to set her new personal best in the Olympic Games.

“My preparation is good everything fallen to what I expected and hoping to go to Rio and it has happened so my preparation has been very good.”

Vaivai and her coach Jo Vueti left with Team Fiji for Brazil this morning.
