Players from outside Suva named in the National Under 17 Men’s football side will be provided schools in Suva.

The 25 member team will camp for a year under the guidance of coach Shalen Lal.

The team will take part in the OFC qualifiers in February next year but will remain in camp till the end of the year.

This is an effort to bind an age group team together for future national duties.

The Oceania Football Confederation has given an additional grant for this venture.

The team moves into camp on the 14th of next month.
