Vodafone Fiji Bati winger Akuila Uate will sit out the rest of the season with an ankle injury.

Zerotackle reports, Uate had played his last game for Manly after the Fijian was officially ruled out for the rest of the season by the club.

The 30-year old suffered a syndesmosis injury during Fiji’s clash with Papua New Guinea in the Pacific Test match on Saturday.
