Two Fijians to start at Bledisloe Cup and Rugby Championship opener

Two Fijian born players will be matching up against each other on the Wings in the opening Bledisloe Cup and Rugby Championship match between Australia and New Zealand.

Waisake Naholo will in the number 14 jumper for the All Blacks while Marika Koroibete will be in the number 11 jumper for the Wallabies.

Both players are known for their finishing ability and will need to be at their best to help their teams start their campaign on a winning note.

Meanwhile Reece Hodge will start at outside center in place of injured Tevita Kuruidrani and Samu Kerevi. The utility back will combine with Waratahs player maker Kurtley Beale in the mid-field.

A new front row has also been named for the Wallabies, Hooker Tatafu Polotanau will combine with Tom Robertson and Sekope Kepu, while Crusaders Flanker Pete Samu has been named on the bench.

Michael Hopper will Captain the Wallabies from the open-side flank while David Pocock will be at number eight.

The All Blacks will take on the Australia at the Stadium Australia this Saturday at 9:45pm and you can watch the delayed coverage on FBC Sports at 12am on Sunday morning.
