Fiji Airways national 7s star, Jerry Tuwai will most likely captain the side in the World Rugby Sevens series this season.
Tuwai is one of the most senior and disciplined players in the squad and he also guided the team to the Oceania 7s victory over the weekend.
The nippy half-back says there are a lot of expectations from the fans.
“We have a lot of new boys and a win would boost their morale and their preparation for the first leg of the series.”
Fiji kicks off the Dubai 7s campaign against Russia on the 1st of December at 7.06pm; they then play Wales at 10.06pm and face Australia a day later at 4.06am.
The final will be played on the 3rd of December at 4.33am.
