The Southern Zone trials for the national futsal team will be held at the National Hockey Centre this evening.

Fiji national Futsal coach Intiaz Khan is requesting all interested players to come out in numbers to attend tonight’s trial.

The first trial would see the selection of 40 players from the Southern division for build-up matches before the selection of the national team to play in the World Cup qualifier in Tahiti.

Players who are currently playing in the national league for their district would have to choose either they want to play 11 a side football or futsal.

The Futsal trials for the Western division will be held on August 29- 30 and on September 5th for the Northern division.
