The Vodafone Flying Fijians rugby side is improving its structure of playing as they play more games.

Team captain, Akapusi Qera says the team will get better with time as the new coaches in the team are also contributing to the improvements.

“By watching last week’s games against Tonga, I can say the team has improved from the first game. I think the more time the boy’s spend together, they will work on the set pieces and improve on it. The coaches we have now with Tabai Matson joining the team now, it’s going to be a major boost for the whole squad moving forward.”

The Flying Fijians take on Samoa in the Pacific Nations Cup at 12pm this Saturday in Sacramento USA.
