Telecom Fijiana sound early warning

December 3, 2015 4:41 pm

The Telecom Fijiana side has sounded an early warning to other teams in the Women’s World Sevens Series after cruising through unbeaten in the pool stages of the Dubai 7s tournament.

First, the side staged an upset 24-10 win over Canada before beating USA 24-19 and later defeating Ireland 27-10.

The win over Canada came as a shock as the Maple Leafs were ranked second highest in the world behind New Zealand last season.
