Former Ba defender Remueru Tekiate has been cleared to feature for Suva this season.

President Ritesh Pratap says, Tekiate has been given the green light by Fiji FA and will play against Lautoka in the Vodafone Premier League match on Sunday.

“We know what Tekiate is capable of doing and his participation in the team will on help the players and the team boost the way they play.”

Former Rewa football players Simione Tamanisau, Tevita Waranivalu, Savenaca Nakalevu and Madhavan Goundar are also part of the Suva team.

They play Lautoka at 3pm at Churchill Park on Sunday.

In the other match at the same time on Sunday, Nadi takes on Tavua at Prince Charles Park.

On Saturday, at 1.30pm, Labasa meets Dreketi at Subrail Park.
