Teams qualify for the Powerade Super Deans quarterfinals

The Fiji Secondary School Rugby Union is anticipating an interesting and tough battle in the Powerade Super Deans quarterfinal at the end of this month.

This is after eight teams have confirmed their places in the national quarters which includes Ratu Kadavulevu School, Queen Victoria School and St John Cawaci from the Eastern zone.

Marist Brothers High School secured its sport from the Southern zone together with John Wesley College and Nasinu Secondary School while from the Western Zone, Ratu Navula College and Cuvu Secondary have booked its place in the quarterfinals.

FSSRU Vice President, Napolioni Silatolu, says this will be an interesting year for the secondary school rugby and has pledged the unions to support.

“We will show our support to all schools that will be filling teams for the quarter finals in this year’s dean’s competition”

The quarterfinals will be played on the 28th of this month at ANZ Stadium in Suva.
