The list of names of those who represent Fiji in the 2018 Youth Olympics has been confirmed by the Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympic Committee today.
Athletics will be represented by Serenia Ragatu, Badminton’s Chang Ho Lee and Table Tennis representative Grace Yee.
FASANOC chief executive, Lorraine Mar, says the selected athletes were chosen by their respective federations based on their performances during the qualification period.
“We’re very pleased that we’ve had three athletes this time around unfortunately we did not have any of the teams qualify.”
We had the rugby 7s men and women who took part in the Oceania qualifications unfortunately they did not qualify.
The 2018 Youth Olympic Games will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 6 to 18 October.
