Tavua Football president Shalendra Roy has saluted his team after their 1-0 Vodafone Fiji FACT win over Navua on Friday night.
Roy says that he was proud of his young brigade.
“Now, it opens up the pool, we now have a chance to qualify for the semi-finals so definitely it’s a morale booster and we’ll just try our best to win our next game.”
Today’s matches will see Nadroga taking on Labasa at 12noon, Lautoka faces Nadi in a must win match at 1.15pm, Suva is up against Savusavu at 2.30pm, Ba plays against Tavua at 4.15pm. Labasa plays Navua at 5.30pm while Rewa plays Savusavu at 7pm.
