The Namosi rugby side will be banking on the services of key reps, Kitione Taliga and captain, Risiate Tadulala to try and wrestle the HFC Bank Farebrother Trophy from holders, Nadroga this afternoon.
Taliga, a member of the Vodafone Fiji 7s squad which won the World Sevens Series title last season will once again wear the number 10 jersey for Namosi.
The duo have played an integral role in Namosi’s rise this season, helping the side reach the final of the provincial competition, the Skipper Cup, for the first time ever.
This was also the last time the two sides met, with Nadroga recording a convincing 59-24 win over Namosi.
Nadroga will host Namosi in the seventh Farebrother Trophy match this year at 3:30pm today at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka and you can catch the live commentary on Bula FM.
