Tabuarua is ready for challenge

National sevens rover Leone Tabuarua is ready to stamp his mark in next week’s Gold Coast Sevens tournament.

Tabuarua says he will play for passion and pride and will do his utmost best for his country.

”I feel really proud and honoured to represent NFA to the IRB series and I would like to encourage others that nothing is impossible. Hence, I will do my best for Fiji”

The Tailevu lad was farewelled today by his fellow firefighters.

National Fire Authority CEO John O’Connor adds Tabuarua’s achievements have inspired his colleagues.

Fiji has been pooled with Scotland, Tonga and Australia for the first leg of the IRB sevens series.
