Sydney 7's set for kick off

The Vodafone Fiji 7’s side get their campaign kick started at the Sydney 7’s today against France.

Fiji has so far not lost a pool match in the last 12 tournaments on the circuit and will want to continue that run.

Coach Ben Ryan has made only one change to the team that played in Wellington last week with Viliame Mata making the final 12 in place of Emosi Mulevoro.

looking at some of the stats going into the fourth tournament of the season, Vatemo Ravouvou has scored the most points with 156 points, Savenava Rawaca has scored 15 tries and is only second to South Africa’s Seabelo Senatla who has 18 touchdowns, Fiji has scored the most points and tries this season with 542 points and 84 tries respectively.

Fiji 7’s side will face Samoa at 12pm followed by the clash against France at 3:18pm.

Fiji’s last pool game is against Argentina at 7:21pm.
