The Suva football side is wary of the New Zealand All Stars team at the Pacific Cup tournament in New Zealand today.
Head Coach, Gurjit Singh says the competition will determine where the players stand after weeks of training.
“New Zealand All Stars is a good team and they have got very good guest players. For us, we are taking part in the Oceania Championships League and this will be a good build up for us and we will be looking at their performance and that’s how we will set up our game plans.”
Suva has been pooled with Nadi, Manukau All Stars, Wellington All Stars and defending champions New Zealand All Stars.
The team will take on New Zealand All Stars in its first match at 9pm today.
In other games, Rewa battles Auckland All Stars at 6pm, Nadi faces Manukau All Stars at 7:15pm while Lautoka takes on USA All Stars at 10:15pm.
