November 23, 2019 6:56 pm

The Suva Volleyball Association in conjunction with the 16 Days of Activism on ending violence against women and girls will be carrying out children’s clinic next week.

General Secretary Semaima Lagilagi says this is to help in the development of volleyball amongst children and to advocate on ending sexual violence against children, women and girls.

“So some of the activities around the 16 Days will also focus on the development of our children in terms of volleyball. So we will be visiting about eight communities next week to hold children’s clinic and also have some advocacy work against children and against women and adults.”
