The Suva football side may feature without some of its seasonal reps in the first leg of the Pillay’s Garments Champion versus Champion Series against Nadi today.
Coach Gurjit Singh has confirmed that Nickel Chand will not feature for the whites as he has not attended any of the team’s training.
Filipe Baravilala’s grandfather passed away earlier this week and is also in doubt for today’s match.
Singh adds that Rusiate Matererega is also suffering an injuring and it will be decided later today if he will feature or not.
On the other hand, players that featured for Nadi at last year’s Pacific Cup tournament in New Zealand and at the Courts Inter District Championships, are all available for today’s match.
The first leg of the series kicks off at 7pm today at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
