Suva soccer's combination woes

December 5, 2012 11:57 pm

The Suva football side will have to make do without one of its new players for the Pillay Garment Champion versus Champion against Ba on Sunday.

The team will be without former Tailevu Naitasiri rep Ravinesh Karan Singh, while the team is also desperate to locate goalkeeper Emori Ragata.

Coach Gurjit Singh says he is finding it hard to build a formidable combination with the hiccups.

I think Ravinesh Karan Singh has to miss one game as he was red carded in the game against Savusavu in the promotion relegation. But we definitely will be using Jonas Nacewa. We are still looking for Emori Ragata as we can’t find him. He went to his village and there is no contact for him and we will try our best to get him for this game.

The first leg of the CVC will be played at Churchill Park at 4pm and you can catch a live commentary of the match on our sister station Radio Fiji 2 with the voice of soccer, Raymond Stoddart.
